Bachchan, who is the brand ambassador for India's mega amusement theme park project 'Amazia' and the residential project Punyabhumi being developed by city-based Rajgreen will be laying the foundation stones in Magob and Vesu areas respectively. A grand evening based on a Bollywood theme has been organized wherein a galaxy of stars, including Zakir Hussian, Rajpal Yadav, Namarata Singh, Ali Zafar, Payal Rohatgi etc. will be giving a stage performance along with Bachchan. Promoters of Rajgreen Group said Bachchan has bought two penthouses in Punyabhumi project in Vesu and has made the payment. A partner in the group Sanjay Movalia said, "Diamond City will witness the presence of the star of this millennium. The city is lucky that the mega Bollywood star has purchased two penthouses here." The Bachchan family will also get a lifetime membership of a clubhouse attached to the amusement park coming up in Magob, some four kilometers from Surat railway station. The amusement park is being developed with an investment of Rs 250 crore and spread on 80,000 square yards.
